BEFORE YOUR FIRST SHIPMENT

Questions to settle early.

A useful first conversation is about your actual order requirements.

Can I request samples before an order?

Yes. Confirm the selected rice, required sample quantity and shipping arrangements with our team. Review the sample and specification together.

Can I arrange independent inspection?

Discuss the inspection provider, scope, sampling method, timing, cost and required report before order confirmation.

How are MOQ and lead time confirmed?

Rice, quality grade, packaging, artwork, volume and production scheduling determine the proposal. Shipment timing also depends on the agreed logistics arrangements.

What if I report a receiving concern?

Share the order/lot reference, pack identification and supporting photos with your VPP contact. We coordinate record review and agree next steps under the sales agreement.
