01 / WHAT WE SUPPLY
What we supply for the UAE
The variety we have shipped, packing under your own label, and the certificates you may be asked for.
Your label, in Arabic and English
OEM and private label packing, including bilingual Arabic–English labels. Our UAE shipment was packed under the buyer’s own label. Read the OEM guide.
Halal declaration
Our certificate GHC.219/JAKIM can be provided on request and is declared where a buyer asks for it. Requirements differ by importer and product, so please confirm what your own authority or customer needs. See Halal-certified rice.

Documents that come with a shipment
Our UAE shipment was supported by the set below. The exact documents depend on the order and on your importer’s requirements.
Commercial documents
Sales contract, commercial invoice and packing list.
Shipping documents
Bill of lading and its release, and marine insurance for CIF orders.
Quality and origin
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin (Form B), independent inspection certificate and fumigation certificate.
Please send the destination HS code (12 digits at UAE ports) and the consignee’s tax ID early. The carrier needs both to prepare the bill of lading.

Questions UAE importers ask
Can we use our own label in Arabic and English?
Yes. Bilingual Arabic–English labels can be printed under OEM packing, and we agree the artwork with you before production.
Do you quote CIF?
Yes. We quote CIF with loading at Cai Mep and agree the destination port for each order.
Can you promise a delivery date?
We confirm timing for each order, because freight and sailings to the Gulf change often. Ask Brian or John for the current schedule.
